To report a calculation problem, please include
- Which calculator, and whether you used US or metric units.
- The measurements and choices you entered.
- The result you got, and what you expected (and how you worked it out, if you can).
Your projects are stored only in your browser, so we can’t see them. You can export a project from My projects and attach the file if that’s easier.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give site-specific engineering, code or permit advice. Your local building department and your product’s manufacturer are the right contacts for those.
