Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
How we test
- Automated axe-core checks against WCAG 2.2 AA on every calculator, plan, Store Mode and print view, in desktop and mobile layouts, on every release.
- Keyboard-only journeys through the Guide Me questions.
- Layout checks from 320 px wide upward, with no sideways scrolling.
Automated checks find many problems but not all of them, so passing them is not the same as full conformance.
Known limitations
- Manual testing with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack) has not yet been completed.
- Project drawings are images with text descriptions; the same numbers are always shown as text next to them.
